HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Vynex Signs Asia Group was established in January of 1988. Since then expanded to 6 countries throughout the Asia Pacific. In March of 1993 Vynex Signs Philippines, Inc. was established with spearhead employees from Vynex Signs Asia based in Singapore. Since then has been privileged to be able to service large multinationals. By 1995 Vynex Signs Philippines became a full pledged signage manufacturing company equip with machines and skilled personnel to tackle the growing market in the Philippines and neighboring countries. By this time for multinationals Vynex Signs was not only installing but also manufacturing signage components to be used in roll-out programs.

In 1996 Vynex Signs Philippines was tasked to take the lead of the Asia group and designated as the regional office. Within a 5-year program expansion targets were set to be able to completely set up a regionally competitive facility for sign manufacturing capable of large roll-out programs. Focus then became Petroleum Retail Industry.

In June of 1996 Vynex Signs Philippines acquired the GRP (fiberglass) facilities of Serve-Well Services to further enhance its existing department.

In 1998 Vynex Signs was privileged with a task to be part of the implementing body of a raw image conversion program. Again expansion of existing facilities was required.

In 2000 Vynex Signs Philippines further expanded its facilities and capabilities by acquiring all equipment and facilities of Asian Sign Industries (ASI Products Company Limited) which originated from the Dutch based NIM group, co-responsible for various image conversion programs globally in the retail Petroleum Industry. This expansion intensively increased the company’s Aluminum Composite Material / Acrylic and non-ferro metal divisions.

In 2002 the developing market required Vynex Signs Philippines to enter the field of large format printing.

The company now has a strong innovative background and is driven by highly talented people.
